The Postal Service has provided employees with a quick and easy way to find Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) certification forms and other resources on Blue.
FMLA is a federal law that entitles eligible employees to take job-protected leave to attend to certain serious health and family matters.
The forms and information are available from the Blue home page under Essential Links. Simply select Family Medical Leave Act.
The link contains an overview, FMLA at a Glance, and other helpful resources from the Department of Labor including Poster 1420, Employee Rights and Responsibilities Under the Family Medical Leave Act.
There’s also information on how to contact the Human Resources Shared Service Center when you need to submit FMLA documentation or speak with an FMLA specialist.
