Have you received your Postal Pulse survey?
USPS began distributing the surveys during this week.
On Feb. 16, Postal Career Executive Services (PCES) and Executive and Administrative Schedule (EAS) employees should have received an email from the Gallup organization, which conducts the survey for USPS.
The email contains a link to an online version of the survey.
An example of what the email looks like appears below. Employees should check their junk folder in Outlook to ensure they don’t miss the email.
All other Postal Service employees will receive the survey at their mailing address of record.
These employees should bring the survey to work and complete it on the clock at an agreed upon time with supervisors. Employees should follow instructions for returning the completed surveys to Gallup.

All employees are strongly encouraged to take the Postal Pulse survey, which is designed to help USPS improve its workplace environments.
“We need to continue hearing from you,” Employee Engagement Executive Director Kelvin Williams says in a new video message. “Working together, positive change will continue.”
