The Postal Service’s newest TV ad features employees talking about the convenience of using USPS to return packages.
In a series of quick cuts, several employees address the camera and deliver the following message: “We come by almost every day to deliver your mail. So if you have any packages you want to return, you should just give them to us. I mean we’re going to be there any way. Why don’t you just leave it for us to pick up?”
Customers can use usps.com and Click-N-Ship to print labels from home and schedule pickups.
“It’s kind of a no-brainer,” says one employee.
The 30-second ad, which debuted after Christmas, can be viewed on the USPS YouTube channel for employees with access to external site video streaming or those using personal computers or smart devices.
