Slight changes among top-performing scanners

Scanning scorecard

Scanning performance scores remained strong as of April 1, with only slight changes near the top of the area and district standings:

  • Areas. Western retained the top spot for the sixth consecutive week with a rating of 96.48 percent. Capital Metro (96.39 percent) move up one spot to take second, followed by Southern (96.24 percent).
  • Districts. Portland ranked first for the fourth straight week with a rating of 97.68 percent. Sacramento (97.45 percent) climbed one spot to take second while Western New York (97.36 percent) finished third.

National scanning performance for the week ending March 27 was 96.15 percent, a slight increase from the previous week.

Scanning allows customers to track their packages and other mail. It also helps the Postal Service boost efficiency and strengthen network management.

Scores and standings change continually. To see the latest results, go to the Enterprise Analytics site and use the Scanning menu bar to select Scan Scores DES 2.
