The Honolulu P&DC recently added a widescreen video monitor to better engage employees and provide them with useful on-the-job information.
The monitor displays Pacific Area’s latest performance indicators and service rankings, as well as information on the 24-hour clock.
Other features: sick leave updates, safety tips, Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) rates and video messages from PMG Megan Brennan and Pacific Area VP Dean Granholm, which were previously available only to employees with computer desktops.
