Recent changes to Media Mail rates are explained in a new USPS video.
Recent changes to Media Mail rates are explained in a new USPS video.

A new Postal Service video offers an overview of the price and classification changes that took effect May 31.

The video highlights the new non-denominated stamps for five First-Class Mail categories, including postcards, 2-ounce letter, 3-ounce letter and additional-ounce stamps.

Also highlighted are changes to Media Mail and metered mail rates, as well as First-Class package international service rates and Priority Mail International rates, among others.

Additionally, the video notes First-Class Mail and Priority Mail prices haven’t increased.

Retail and Customer Service Operations VP Kelly Sigmon, who appears in the video, encourages employees to watch. “It will help explain what is being implemented and how it will affect our customers,” Sigmon said.
