When Alicia Shaffer started an online boutique a few years ago, she didn’t want to worry about getting her products in the hands of customers — so she turned to the Postal Service.
Shaffer, founder of bohemian-style clothing retailer Three Bird Nest, relies on USPS to ship orders to her customers.
“As soon as that shipping label comes out … and we slap it on the package, we’re done. They’re going to pick it up, and they’re going to deliver it,” Shaffer says.

Three Bird Nest uses Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express for its shipping needs.
“It’s economical, it’s trackable and it gets delivered,” Shaffer says.
USPS can help small businesses drive big sales, she says. “As we grow in scale, they’re still there for us.”
