The Compensation and Benefits team invites employees to share their feedback through a new online survey.
The feedback will help the team know how and where employees received health benefits information. The findings also will be used to improve future open season campaigns.
Although the most recent open season ended last month, employees can make changes to their health coverage at any time if they experience a “qualifying life event,” such as a marriage, divorce or birth of a child.
Employees can visit the LiteBlue Benefits page throughout the year to access benefits information and resources.
