PFSC service updated

The Postal Service has eliminated written requests for Premium Forwarding Service Commercial.

The Postal Service has eliminated written requests for Premium Forwarding Service Commercial (PFSC) to make it simpler for businesses to use.

Commercial customers with usps.com corporate accounts can now complete PFSC enrollments and fee payments online through the online Business Customer Gateway.

“By simplifying the process, USPS is making it easier for businesses with multiple locations to use this service,” said New Products and Innovation VP Gary Reblin.

Previously, businesses submitted written enrollment requests and paid fees.

Through PFSC, the Postal Service collects non-Registered Mail from a company’s locations and forwards it by Priority Mail Express or Priority Mail to a single domestic address.

This means businesses don’t have to rely on courier services to check each address and forward the mail, Reblin said.

“Premium Forwarding Service Commercial eliminates all the middlemen with one service that gives commercial customers a way to organize all their mail,” he said.
