Tips for changing GetThere passwords

New employees can request access to GetThere through eAccess.

If you forget your password for GetThere — the Postal Service’s online travel booking tool — you don’t need to request a new one through eAccess.

Instead, log into the GetThere page and select the “Forgot Password” tab to receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

If the email doesn’t arrive, call 888-879-6020.

If you’re a new employee, you can request access to GetThere through eAccess. An email containing a temporary login password will be sent to each new employee’s address within 48 hours.

When employees enter their password on the GetThere page, they’ll be prompted to create a permanent password to book travel arrangements.

All employees must use capital letters when entering their GetThere usernames.
