Course completion deadlines approach

CyberSafe at USPS training courses are now available online.

Reminder: CyberSafe at USPS training courses are available to help employees protect Postal Service and personal information.

The courses, requirements and deadlines:

  • CyberSafe 101: Passwords and Phishing (course number 10024251) is required for employees with active ACE user IDs. Deadline: April 30.
  • CyberSafe 201: Data Protection (course number 10024852) is required for employees with active ACE IDs who handle sensitive information. Deadline: April 30.
  • PCI courses: Protecting Payment Cardholder Data (course number 10022027) is required for employees who perform credit and debit card transactions. Deadline: March 31.
  • Protecting Payment Information: Back Office Training (course number 10023203) is required for clerks and supervisors who process credit and debit card transactions. Deadline: March 31.

All four courses, part of the Strategic Training Initiative, are located in the online Learning Management System.
