Are you interested in securing postal facilities and protecting employees and customers?

The Postal Inspection Service will accept applications for Postal Police officers from Monday, April 4, through Saturday, April 9.

Officers are assigned to processing and distribution centers and Post Offices across the nation, providing perimeter security and escorting high-value mail shipments.

Officers also respond to emergencies and other incidents threatening the safety of postal employees and customers.

Current career employees can apply through eCareer on liteblue.usps.gov. Applicants must have their employee identification number and self-service password.

Candidates who experience technical difficulties should email the Inspection Service.
