To mark Financial Literacy Month, the Postal Service is highlighting the importance of avoiding the negative effects of financial stress.

Too much stress can lead to heart problems, depression, anxiety and other serious medical conditions.

The LiteBlue Financial Wellness site has information on retirement planning, savings and money management tools to help you stay on top of your finances.

Additionally, USPS is hosting financial webinars on LiteBlue throughout April. The sessions are recorded and available on demand.

The Wellness site also has general stress-reducing techniques, including tips on exercises and physical activity.
