Ten USPS districts scored 98 percent or higher in scanning during the week ending April 22, a new record.
Portland led the districts with 98.23 percent, while Western topped the areas with 97.81 percent.
The Postal Service’s national scanning rating was 97.36 percent, up for the fourth week in a row.
