The Postal Service’s Computer Incident Response Team, which safeguards USPS computer assets and systems, has expanded its mission to become the CyberSecurity Operations Center (CSOC).

CSOC will identify and monitor security threats to USPS computer systems.

The Postal Service created CSOC to establish a coordinated, world-class security program to protect USPS systems from online attacks and cybersecurity threats.

CSOC partners with CyberSafe at USPS, an ongoing initiative to educate employees about the importance of information security.

To report information security incidents, contact CSOC by calling 866-877-7247 or sending an email.
