The USPS Small Business team is sponsoring Leads Month, challenging employees across the organization to submit the most leads for their respective engagement program before June 30.
Five teams are competing to submit leads for these programs: Customer Connect (letter carriers), Rural Reach (rural carriers), Submit a Lead (Executive and Administrative Schedule employees), Clerks Care (retail associates and clerks) and Mail Handlers.
The initiative aims to show there are programs for all employees, and that everyone can help grow the Postal Service’s revenue.
All employees are encouraged to participate.
