Scanning scorecard

Western, Dakotas continue to lead

Scanning

The Postal Service’s national scanning rating was 97.56 percent during the week ending July 1, up slightly from the previous week.

Thirty-seven districts and three areas met or exceeded the national average. Dakotas (98.46 percent) led the districts for the fourth consecutive week, while Western (97.85 percent) continued its long reign among the areas.

Scanning allows customers to track their packages and other mail. It also helps the Postal Service improve efficiency and network management.

Scores and standings change continually. To see the latest results, go to the Enterprise Analytics site and use the Dashboards menu bar to select “DES 2.”
