The USPS End to End (E2E) application is receiving praise from managers and employees who say the system is helping to identify missing and latent scan data, provide package visibility to customers and foster collaboration and troubleshooting to quickly resolve issues.

The Postal Service upgraded the E2E application in June. The application monitors and validates package scan data from mail processing equipment to the Product Tracking and Reporting system.

“E2E has been invaluable in monitoring our day-to-day scan transmissions, allowing us to correct any issues far more quickly than we could have in the past,” said Pacific Area Operations Programs Analyst Patrick Ibbetson. “Beyond that, the vast amount of information available has allowed us to identify bad barcodes from customers and even software issues with our machines, resulting in improved visibility for our customers.”

Visibility Business Systems Manager Ed Lichorat said, “Employees are encouraged to use E2E, particularly as peak season ramps up.”

To access E2E, employees must login using their ACE credentials. Contact E2E support for additional information.
