Got your survey?

Postal Pulse emails arrived Oct. 4

USPS is conducting the latest Postal Pulse employee survey from Oct. 4-Nov. 4.

Reminder: The Postal Service’s non-bargaining employees received an email Oct. 4 from Gallup, the organization that conducts the Postal Pulse survey.

The email contains a link to a secure site where employees can take the survey.

All employees are encouraged to participate in the survey, which has 13 questions and takes about 5 minutes to complete.

The Postal Pulse measures engagement, which describes employees’ involvement, enthusiasm and commitment to their work.

Bargaining employees began receiving the survey at work Oct. 4, and they also will receive the survey at home starting Oct. 18. All employees can also complete the survey on LiteBlue, using personal or work computers.

Nov. 4 is the last day to complete the survey. The Employee Engagement LiteBlue site has more information.
