USPS employees have one more week to complete the Postal Pulse survey before the Nov. 4 deadline.
The latest participation rates show the national leader is Caribbean District, where 56.98 percent of employees have completed the survey.
Among the districts, Albany (47.69 percent) ranks second, followed by Long Island (47.02 percent).
The areas with the three highest participation rates are Great Lakes (41.45 percent), Northeast (38.92 percent) and Eastern (36.37 percent).
“Our goal with this survey is full participation, so we have a long way to go during the next week,” said Employee Engagement Executive Director Kelvin Williams. “We’re urging every employee to share their feedback by completing the survey before Nov. 4.”
The survey has 13 questions and takes about 5 minutes to complete. The Postal Service uses the feedback to improve its workplaces.
All employees can also take the survey on LiteBlue.
Only the first survey received from each employee will be counted. Gallup, the organization that conducts the survey, doesn’t share individual employees’ responses with USPS.
