The Postal Service wants you to share your feedback through a new online survey.
The feedback will help the organization learn how employees like receiving open season health benefits information. The findings also will be used to improve future open season campaigns.
Although the this year’s open season ended Dec. 12, employees can make changes to their health coverage at any time if they experience a “qualifying life event,” such as a marriage, divorce or birth of a child.
Employees can visit the LiteBlue Benefits page throughout the year to access benefits information and resources.
