Postal Bulletin. The Postal Bulletin’s latest issue features resources and tips for helping customers seeking USPS passport services.

The cover story explains the difference between passport books, which are used for all international travel by land, sea and air; and passport cards, which are primarily used to enter the United States at land border crossings or sea ports-of-entry.

The March 4 edition also previews the upcoming WPA Posters stamps.

New training. EEO Official Time, a new course in the Learning Management System, is now available.

The course will provide participants with information to ensure “official time” is properly managed in accordance with Equal Employment Opportunity Commission regulations.

All equal employment opportunity (EEO) employees, labor relations specialists, Postmasters, area and district managers, Human Resources employees and supervisors and managers are required to complete the training.

The course number is 10025416.

Safety measures. The Postal Service has revised Publication 52, Hazardous, Restricted and Perishable Mail.

The changes bring USPS standards into closer alignment with Department of Transportation standards for the domestic ground and domestic air transportation of hazardous materials.
