Weather advisory. A late winter storm is expected to lash the Northeast from March 13-14.

The USPS Service Alerts page has the latest information about the storm and its effect on operations.

Hablas español? The Postal Service is inviting employees to audition for a new Spanish-language television commercial.

The audition is open to all employees who speak Spanish. No prior acting experience is required.

To audition, follow these steps:

Create an audition video. In the video, state your name and location, talk about your proudest moment as a postal employee and describe your memorable experiences with customers.

You also can discuss the brands that the Postal Service delivers, and note whether you’ve auditioned for a USPS spot in the past.

Upload the video. Go to the USPS Spring 2017 Hispanic Employee Casting site to upload your video. You’ll be asked to complete an online form and hit “Submit.” Uploads are limited to 30 megabytes.

Submissions are due Monday, March 20, at 5 p.m. EST.

The Postal Service held auditions last month for an English-language campaign that will begin airing soon.
