Employees asked to report financial problems

USPS employee
USPS is reminding employees throughout the organization to report misuse of USPS resources.

The motto “if you see something, say something” is often used to remind people to ensure their physical safety, but it can also apply to the Postal Service’s financial security.

This is why the USPS Revenue Assurance team is reminding employees to speak up if they observe the misuse of organizational resources.

The team helps preserve, protect and recover revenue and reduce expenses.

Employees can help by reporting situations that require attention, such as business mailers who are not properly paying the Postal Service, contractors who are not providing expected services, and USPS not receiving entitled rebates.

To submit a lead, send an email to revenueassurance@usps.gov. The Revenue Assurance Blue page has more information, including job aids and examples.
