USPS employee scans package
Western was the area leader in scanning during the week ending April 14, while Dakotas finished first among the districts.

Scanning snapshot. The Postal Service’s national scanning rating was 97.79 percent during the week ending April 14, unchanged from one week earlier.

Dakotas (99.1 percent) topped the districts, while Western (97.99 percent) led the areas.

Scores and standings change continually. To see the latest results, go to the Enterprise Analytics site and select “Scanning” on the left hand side, and then “DES 2 — Scan Performance” from the drop-down options.

Being direct. The Postal Service is reminding employees who use direct deposit as the payment method for their travel reimbursement to ensure that their electronic funds transfer information is accurate.

To verify or update direct deposit payment information, employees should log onto PostalEASE on Blue and select eTravel Net to Bank.

Employees who receive travel reimbursements by check should call the Accounting Help Desk at 866-974-2733.

If changes are needed, complete an address change form and forward it to your district coordinator. The Travel Help Blue page has the form and a list of coordinators.
