The National Postal Forum (NPF), the mailing and shipping industry’s largest annual conference, will be held from May 21-24 in Baltimore.

This year’s theme is “Make Informed Connections.”

The keynote address features PMG Megan J. Brennan, who will discuss her vision and strategies for growth of the Postal Service and the mailing industry. Chief Customer and Marketing Officer Jim Cochrane will discuss changing customer expectations and tactics in a digital age.

The schedule also includes sessions with the Postal Customer Councils and the national meeting of Mailing Industry Area Focus Groups, as well as workshops on topics such as innovation, Informed Delivery, customer data and analytics, and mail operations management.

Additionally, the conference will feature more than 130 educational sessions, as well as professional development courses and an exhibit hall where more than 120 vendors will display products and services.

“The National Postal Forum is our industry’s premier conference,” the PMG said. “The postal leadership team and I look forward to attending NPF and engaging in a meaningful dialogue with our business customers about mobile and digital strategies to improve the value of mail.”
