In a new “Business Focus” video, PMG Megan J. Brennan discusses the importance of on-the-job safety.
She reminds employees to stay alert, be aware of their surroundings and always buckle up.
“We want you to go home safely every day to your family and friends,” Brennan says.
The PMG also thanks employees for participating in the May 13 Stamp Out Hunger food drive.
“You are making a difference to those in need,” she says of the annual effort to help feed communities across the nation.
Additionally, the PMG notes that USPS is providing customers with real-time information, and the organization has increased visibility on all mail and packages moving through the postal network.
“Our customers expect predictable and reliable service, and we know that service is foundational and key to growth,” she says.
Other topics addressed by the PMG include recent service improvements, the latest financial results, the National Postal Forum and efforts to enact postal reform legislation.
The video concludes with an overview of new stamps that celebrate the diversity of American culture, including the Robert Panara and Delicioso stamps.
