Upcoming course completion deadlines

USPS employees who handle credit and debit card transactions must complete required training by July 18.

Reminder: Before July 18, USPS employees who handle credit and debit card transactions must complete a combination of training courses depending on their roles and system access.

The Payment Card Industry (PCI) courses are available in the Learning Management System.

The four courses are:

  • Protecting Payment Cardholder Data — Everyone’s Responsibility (course number 10026255), which is required for all employees and managers who perform credit and debit card transactions
  • Protecting Payment Information — Back Office Training (course number 10026254), which is required for all retail associates and supervisors who process credit and debit card transactions
  • Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP) Top 10 (course number 10026251), which is required for PCI application developers
  • PCI Administrator Security Awareness (course number 10026252), which is required for PCI system and network administrators

Employees who miss the course completion deadline will have their PCI system access suspended until the courses are completed.
