Do you know what the Postal Service’s Consumer Advisory Councils do?
These groups, also known as CACs, help strengthen connections between USPS and consumers.
CACs are comprised of consumers and local USPS leaders. The groups work to improve customers’ experiences by fostering cooperation, providing a forum to address community concerns, and promoting awareness of postal products and services.
“It’s critical to have input from both the Consumer Advisory Council and USPS to better understand local issues and find solutions,” said Consumer Advocate Ed Wohlganger. “When the Postal Service partners with communities, it creates a positive customer experience.”
