Virtual fair, holiday mailing news

NTK Chat
USPS employees can participate in an online chat with benefits experts Tuesday, Dec. 5.

All’s fair. USPS employees can participate in a live chat with benefits experts Tuesday, Dec. 5, from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. EST.

The chat is part of an online virtual benefits fair that is occurring throughout this year’s open season, which runs from Nov. 13-Dec. 11.

The fair offers information about the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program (FEHB), Federal Employees Dental and Vision Insurance Program (FEDVIP) and Federal Long Term Care Insurance Program (FLTCIP), as well as flexible spending accounts (FSAs).

Employees can log into the fair site 24/7 during open season to visit virtual booths, watch instructional videos and participate in educational seminars.

Participation is voluntary and off-the-clock. Employees can register at the Federal Long Term Care Insurance Program site.

The Open Season LiteBlue page has additional information about this year’s enrollment period.

Doorstep cheer. More than 105 million households across the nation have received this year’s USPS Holiday Guide.

The four-page mailing explains how customers can order free boxes, schedule free Package Pickup and use Informed Delivery to view incoming mail, track packages and reschedule deliveries.

The mailing also provides an overview of this season’s holiday stamps, instructions on using Click-N-Ship, a list of recommended shipping dates and more.
