Forum turns 50. Organizers of the National Postal Forum (NPF) have announced the theme of this year’s conference: “Informed Customers — Customer Experience Delivered.”
The annual meeting, which will celebrate its 50th anniversary this year, will be held from May 6-9 in San Antonio.
Workshops will address topics such as data analytics, emerging technologies, streamlining mail center operations, shipping innovations and direct mail.
