Hatch Act training, Informed Delivery tip

Hatch Act
All non-bargaining unit employees must complete Hatch Act training by July 30.

Training update. The Postal Service is reminding all non-bargaining unit employees that they must complete the Political Activity and the Hatch Act strategic training initiative by Monday, July 30.

The course — available through the Learning Management System — can help employees learn about the rules and regulations established under the Hatch Act, a law that aims to keep politics out of federal workplaces.

Employees should set aside about 20 minutes to complete the course. The course number is 10026981.

The Human Resources Blue page has additional information about fiscal 2018 strategic training initiatives.

Are you informed? Employees can sign up for Informed Delivery, a free feature that provides users with digital previews of their incoming mail, at informeddelivery.usps.com. Sign-up is voluntary and must be completed off the clock.
