Scanning snapshot. The Postal Service’s national scanning rating was 97.78 percent during the week ending Feb. 23, up from one week earlier.

Flag reminder. President Trump has ordered U.S. flags flown at half-staff Friday, March 2, to honor the late Rev. Billy Graham.

To fly the flag at half-staff, hoist the flag to the peak for an instant and then lower it to the half-staff position. The flag should be raised to the peak again before it’s lowered for the day.
