SVWeb update, Postal Bulletin preview

The SVWeb site has been redesigned with several new features.

SVweb gets a new look. SVWeb, a site dedicated to the Surface Visibility program, has a new look.

The site has been reorganized to help users easily access its Facility Management, Reporting and Administrative pages. Also, the updated home page now displays the week’s compliance and transportation scores, and a bar at the top of the page allows users to access training tools and submit feedback.

Other additions include colored arrows to help quickly identify year-to-date and other comparisons, and a banner that displays important messages and alerts.

USPS employees who use the site applaud the changes.

“The new features on the SV website are absolutely fantastic,” said Jason Brunswick, an operation support specialist in Portland, OR. “This is the best thing since sliced bread. … It’s great to be able to do all of the analysis — for the most part — without having to leave the page or site.”

Authorized employees can request access to the site through eAccess.

Watch out. The Postal Bulletin’s Aug. 16 edition features back-to-school safety tips, including reminders to watch out for children on sidewalks and streets.
