The HERO learning portal will become the Postal Service’s primary online training resource, beginning Oct. 1.

The Postal Service will retire the Learning Management System (LMS) Sunday, Sept. 30, and replace it with a learning portal through the new HERO system.

Effective Monday, Oct. 1, the HERO learning portal will become the Postal Service’s primary online training resource.

The learning portal will offer the following:

  • Easy-to-use design
  • User-friendly search functions
  • Training and development activities to grow your career

USPS wants you to log in and get to know the learning portal. Thousands of online training courses are available now.

Your mandatory courses may appear in both systems as USPS transitions from LMS to HERO. You are not required to complete courses in both systems.

If you have questions about where to find your online training or view training completion, go to the HERO Learning Help Blue page, which has reference guides, FAQs and other resources.
