A member of the Minnesota Vikings recently visited a USPS plant in Minneapolis to learn how mail is processed.

George Iloka, a defensive safety player, toured the Minneapolis Processing and Distribution Center with Jason Brain, a customer services operations manager.

The tour was featured on an episode of Vikings Huddle,” an educational TV show for kids produced by the football team.

“So, can I get my mail?” Iloka asks during the segment as he looks around the facility.

“No, it’s not in this building,” says Brain, who then explains how mail moves from a Post Office to a plant before arriving at a customer’s mailbox.

The segment is available on the Vikings site. If you’re unable to stream video from external sites on postal computers, you can use a personal smartphone, tablet or other device to go to Vikings.com/youth/vikings-huddle and watch the segment off the clock.
