Sixteen USPS executives and managers have been named finalists for the latest National Engagement Leader of the Year Awards.
The finalists are comprised of seven individuals who each represent one of the Postal Service’s geographic areas, and nine people who represent departments overseen by members of the executive leadership team at USPS headquarters in Washington, DC.
The Employee Engagement Blue page lists both the area and executive leadership team honorees.
The finalists were selected from among more than 80 employees who were honored at the district and headquarters levels. This group was announced in January.
Two final awardees — one who represents the field and one who represents the executive leadership team — will be announced in June.
The National Engagement Leader of the Year Awards honor individuals who foster employee involvement, enthusiasm and commitment.
Last year, Pacific Area Deputy Managing Counsel Catherine Meek and Suncoast District Manager Eric Chavez, who now serves as Northeast Area vice president, received the final two awards.
