This year’s National Postal Forum (NPF) will focus on customer service and repositioning mail to open opportunities in the industry.

The annual meeting, to be held from May 5-8 in Indianapolis, brings together Postal Service leaders, business customers and other industry professionals.

This year’s theme is “Growth Driven: Fueling Your Mailing and Shipping Success.”

The agenda includes a keynote address by Postmaster General Megan J. Brennan and USPS officer-led sessions and panel discussions on transforming customers’ experiences, innovation, using data and analytics to reposition mail and strengthen service, and other topics.

Additional highlights will include sessions with Areas Inspiring Mail and the Postal Customer Council Advisory Committee, mailing and shipping workshops, professional development courses, and a hall featuring more than 100 exhibitors who will display their products and services.
