Perfect ‘Practices’

Ideas sought for column

Donna Dyches, a mail processing clerk
In May, Donna Dyches, a mail processing clerk at the Columbia, SC, Processing and Distribution Center, offered scanning suggestions.

Link is seeking suggestions for “Best Practices,” a regular column that allows Postal Service employees to share tips on a variety of workplace topics.

For example, in recent months, “Best Practices” has featured a mail processing clerk who shared scanning tips, a letter carrier who offered hints on effective delivery techniques, and a mailing requirements clerk who had advice on signing up business customers for Informed Delivery.

What topics would you like to see “Best Practices” address? Do you know a co-worker who could serve as a role model for others on a particular subject?

Email your suggestions to uspslink@usps.gov and a member of the team will respond.
