The Postal Service highlights the value of mail to business customers in “Fresh Look,” a new video.
The 1-minute, 16-second segment shows how USPS is using innovations like Informed Delivery, Informed Visibility and targeted direct mail to help businesses promote their products and services to consumers.
“Fresh Look” also cites research that shows top firms that use mail in their marketing plans experience increased website visits, increased response rates and a stronger return on their investment.
“Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night can keep the mail from evolving to meet today’s needs,” the narrator states.
The video debuted at this year’s National Postal Forum.
