“If you’ve lost a loved one, a friend or a pet and need to send their cremated remains to a final resting place, the United States Postal Service is here to help,” the narrator says.
The video explains how the organization’s new cremated remains shipping kit provides customers with everything they’ll need to properly prepare and ship their package.
Customers can order the kit through usps.com.
Additionally, the video shows how to properly package cremated remains and advises customers to visit a local Post Office for guidance if needed.
