The Made of Hearts stamp dedication ceremony is highlighted in a new Postal Service video.
The event was held Jan. 23 at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, TN.
“It is my hope that this stamp makes us pause and think about how precious love is,” USPS Chief Operating Officer David E. Williams says in the video.
Made of Hearts, which features horizontal lines of red and pink hearts on a white background, is the latest addition to the Postal Service’s Love series.
The stamp, which is available at Post Offices and usps.com, can be used for birthday, wedding, holiday and other mailings.
The video also features comments from motivational author Don Hutson; Monica Moore Hagler, president of Philanthropic Black Women of Memphis; and Melvina Young, a senior writer for Hallmark Greetings.
