Honoring veterans

Video features postal leaders

The Postal Service has released a video to mark Veterans Day.

The 32-minute production honoring the organization’s military veterans features remarks from Postmaster General Louis DeJoy; Chief Human Resources Officer Isaac Cronkhite; Simon Storey, employee resource management vice president; Jeryl Wilson, diversity and talent acquisition director; and retired Army Staff Sgt. Jeremiah Pauley of the Wounded Warrior Project.

“I would ask all postal employees to stop and thank a colleague for their service to the nation,” DeJoy says in the video. “We should always remember the sacrifices they made in defense of America and to protect the freedoms that we enjoy every day.”

The 2020 Veterans Day Celebration video, released Nov. 5, is available on Link and LiteBlue for employees who want to watch it on their own or managers and supervisors who want to show it during locally planned virtual events.
