Postal Bulletin highlighted, too

Western Pacific was the area leader in scanning during the week ending Feb. 12, while Dakotas finished first among the districts.

Scanning snapshot. A snapshot of Postal Service scanning data shows the national rating was 96.92 percent during the week ending Feb. 12, down almost a half point from one week earlier.

The data was collected Feb. 17.

Western Pacific led the four areas with a rating of 97.24 percent, while Atlantic ranked last with a 96.71 percent rating.

Among the 67 districts, Dakotas, part of Western-Pacific, ranked first with a 98.38 percent rating, while Mississippi, part of Southern, ranked last with a 92.82 percent rating.

Scanning data allows customers to track their mail and packages, which helps USPS deliver excellent service, boost loyalty and drive revenue.
