Know someone special?

Program recognizes engaged employees

Are you a USPS bargaining unit employee who knows someone at work who always has a positive attitude?

Someone who is involved, committed and enthusiastic?

Someone who always goes the extra mile?

If so, the Postal Service wants to hear from you.

The organization is seeking nominations for Engagement Most Valuable Player, one of several recognition programs that help USPS engage and empower employees.

More than 6,000 bargaining unit employees have been recognized through the program since it began in 2017. Each honoree receives a certificate of appreciation, pin and lanyard.

Nominations for the latest round of the Engagement Most Valuable Player program will be accepted from March 1-31. Honorees will be announced later this year.

Only bargaining unit employees can nominate other bargaining unit employees for the program.

The Employee Engagement Blue and LiteBlue pages have more information, including an online nomination form.
