There’s a new way to send co-workers a little cheer this holiday season.
Hollygrams, featuring Holly, the USPS Operation Santa elf, are now available on LiteBlue, the recently redesigned postal employee portal.
Hollygrams were created by the Postal Service’s holiday team. There are six templates that employees can use to send messages to each other.
To download any of the templates, go to the LiteBlue homepage carousel and select “Hollygrams.” You’ll see instructions for opening the Word templates, writing a message and pasting it into a body of an email.
Hollygrams can also be saved and emailed as attachments.
Another suggestion is to print out the messages and mail them to your colleagues for a seasonal surprise.
Hollygrams can also be downloaded from Blue. Go to the Postal Communicator’s Toolbox, find the “2021 Holiday Information” heading and select “Hollygrams.”
