Learn about blood pressure Feb. 15

The Feb. 15 session will address symptoms of high and low blood pressure, among other topics.

Postal Service employees can participate in an upcoming webinar to learn how blood pressure affects overall health.

The session, “Controlling Blood Pressure,” will be held Tuesday, Feb. 15, at noon EST.

Representatives from GEHA, a not-for-profit provider of health plans for federal employees, will discuss what happens when blood pressure becomes too high or too low, as well as lifestyle strategies for maintaining healthy levels.

Participants must register before the event on the webinar website. After signing up, directions will be emailed to each registrant.

Following the session, every registrant will receive an email with a link to an archived recording and the slides shown.

Participation is voluntary. Nonexempt employees may only participate off the clock or during authorized breaks.
