PSSC page offers live support

The USPS Purchasing Shared Services Center Support Blue page now alerts users when a support specialist is available.

The Postal Service is making it easier to get help from the USPS Purchasing Shared Services Center (PSSC).

The USPS Purchasing Shared Services Center Support Blue page has a live chat option that connects users directly with PSSC support specialists who can answer purchasing-related questions.

The site — which features a self-service knowledge base with answers to dozens of questions like “How do I pay my utility or trash bill?” — now alerts users when a PSSC support specialist is available for live support.

The specialists are available Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m.-6 p.m. ET.

The page also has an “Ask a Question” feature that allows users to submit a written question and desired time for a PSSC support specialist to call back with an answer.

Additionally, employees can now access the PSSC page under “Essential Links” on Blue or by typing PSSC into their web browser.
