‘Beating Burnout’

New webinar slated for March 10

The March 10 session will address what to do when you get caught up in daily life and lose sight of the big picture.

Postal Service employees can participate in an upcoming webinar to learn about what motivates you.

The session, “Beating Burnout — Rediscovering Your Why,” will be held Thursday, March 10, at noon EST.

This is the second installment in a two-part series. The first session was held in February.

Representatives from Blue Cross Blue Shield and the Virginia Hospital Center will conduct the webinar, which will address what to do when you get caught up in daily life and lose sight of the big picture.

Participants must register before the event on the webinar website. After signing up, directions will be emailed to each registrant.

Following the session, registrants will receive an email with a link to an archived recording, along with the slides shown.

Participation is voluntary. Nonexempt employees may only participate off the clock or during authorized breaks.
