New password requirements coming

A self-service profile password allows USPS employees to access several websites and applications, including PostalEASE.

The Postal Service will require employees to reset their self-service profile password after April 24 to comply with new online security rules.

A self-service profile password allows an employee to access several applications and websites, including LiteBlue, PostalEASE, ePayroll, eRetire, eOPF and eReassign, as well as IdeaSMART and HERO.

Employees who fail to comply will lose access to these applications and sites until their passwords are reset.

USPS will provide employees with additional information during the next few weeks.

The CyberSafe at USPS Blue page has more information on password security.
